After careful review of Governor Wolf’s mandate and extensive consultation with many industry boards, it has been determined that all the services we provide here at Arborist Enterprises have been deemed life-sustaining by the state of Pennsylvania. As a result, we will begin returning to normal operations Monday, March 30th.
In order to protect the health of our clients and our team, we will be following very closely the CDC guidelines given to businesses that are continuing to operate during this difficult and unprecedented time. Please be assured that we have enacted strict hygiene and sanitation practices within our offices and for our mobile equipment.
We will also be changing some of our usual means of communication before, during and after the completion of our clients’ projects. Meetings with our Arborist Representatives will be conducted over the phone, via text, by email or video conference if at all possible. Phone calls and/or emails will be made prior to the completion of all contracted work on properties. Once the team arrives, we will no longer ring the doorbell or knock on the door to announce our arrival. When the work is complete, a leave behind card will not be left describing what was done. If in-person conversations are needed to discuss potential projects or work in process appropriate social distancing will be maintained at all times. We will also be sending any correspondence, including invoices and proposals, electronically whenever possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through these new standards during what is a trying time for all. As always, we greatly appreciate your continued support, and please contact us if you have any questions or if we can be of service in any way.
Best wishes for your continued health and safety,
Ben Tresselt III
